These Terms of Use constitutes a binding contract between you and Competence Finder Sweden AB, 559182-5376 (cfinder), This contract governs your use of and access to websites services and tools owned or integrated by cfinder including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Below (the cfinder community).
These Terms, or any part thereof, may be modified by us, including the addition or removal of terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the cfinder community, use of the cfinder community, or access to the cfinder community or any contact on the website through which the cfinder community is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Prices for services in the cfinder community are subject to change without notice. Cfinder reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, cfinder may attempt to notify you. Cfinder reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders. User Conduct
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree NOT TO:
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, cfinder, or any cfinder employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Post inaccurate, defamatory obscene, shocking, hateful, threatening or otherwise inappropriate content or sharing personal grievances or disputes.
Create a false identity or an identity made to confuse
Use or attempt to use another’s account.
Harass, abuse or harm another person.
Submit data to the cfinder community that is not relevant for the purpose of the cfinder Community
Limitation of Liability
Cfinder do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of the cfinder community will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Cfinder do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the cfinder community will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the cfinder community for indefinite periods of time or cancel the cfinder community at any time, without notice to you. In such a case cfinder will not reimburse any paid fees.
Cfinder is in no event liable for any loss you or the company you represent including, but not limited to: (a) indirect loss or consequential loss; (b) damage to and/or corruption of data; (c) loss or damage resulting from the use of the cfinder community.
Intellectual Property Rights
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree not violate the intellectual property rights including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, icons, user interfaces, sounds, music, videos, artwork, software and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the “look and feel”, layout, design, structure, color scheme, selection, combination and arrangement of the Content present on the cfinder community is owned by or licensed to cfinder. Not to distribute anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code in or related to the cfinder community. Not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the cfinder community or any related technology.
Services
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree not to interfere with or disrupt the cfinder community or the servers or networks connected to the cfinder community, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the cfinder community.
Termination
The Terms of Use shall remain in force until further notice and for as long as you use the cfinder community.
Cfinder reserves the right to terminate your account with immediate effect if you breach these Terms of Use. We may also terminate your account with immediate effect to comply with any applicable law or judicial decision, or if the cfinder community is used by you in a way that may damage cfinder, subsidiaries of cfinder, affiliates, partners, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers.
When you register in the cfinder community, but after registration never logs in to the cfinder community, after 60 days from the registration date, cfinder has the right, but not the obligation, to remove your registered account.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use, shall be conclusively resolved in Swedish courts
